I lost my friends at Ultra. So I built this.
Front and center, right before the drop. Then nature calls — and when you come back, they’re gone. That walk is the whole reason FindTribe exists.

What is FindTribe Mesh?
It is the offline layer. Long-range LoRa pods link directly to each other, and nearby FindTribe phones relay sealed updates over Bluetooth. Delivery needs a real radio path.
Does FindTribe really work without internet?
Yes, when FindTribe Mesh can find a radio path. Maps, set times and meet points stay on the phone either way.
Is FindTribe free?
FindTribe is free to download on iOS and Android, with optional paid features and in-app purchases.
How do I find my friends at a festival?
Invite them to FindTribe. Friends who share their location appear on your private map. Tap a name for their bearing and distance. The venue map stays cached; live updates need internet or a FindTribe Mesh path.
Does FindTribe drain my battery?
FindTribe Mesh relays over Bluetooth Low Energy, which is built for low power. Real battery use varies with your device, settings, screen time and signal.
What if my friends are the only ones with FindTribe?
Your group can make its own path. Two nearby phones link over Bluetooth, and two compatible LoRa pods reach farther. Delivery still needs a path.
Who can see my location and messages?
Only the friends you invite. Messages are sealed before they leave your hand. The strangers carrying them can't read a word, or even tell who's talking. Your location is never public and never sold. Go off the map any time with one tap.
What can Event AI do?
Choose an event, then ask by voice or text about places, set times, artists, vendors, ratings or attendee-reported lines. Answers appear on screen, and mapped results can open walking directions. Event AI needs internet.
How does FindTribe compare with Life360?
FindTribe gives families the same private map, arrival alerts and road trips. It adds downloaded venue maps, shared meet points and FindTribe Mesh. Mesh means direct LoRa pods plus nearby Bluetooth relays when data fails.
Can I create my own map?
Yes. Anyone can create an Event, Landmark or Help map in the app. Event maps run on set dates and can be private behind a password you choose. Landmark maps are for places that stay put, like a campus or a trail. Help maps are for after an earthquake or emergency, and anyone can add what they see.
Can I use FindTribe outside of events?
Yes. Family tribes, arrival alerts, road trips. Events are just the hardest night. The map is yours all year.
Does FindTribe still work after an earthquake or blackout?
It can, when a path still reaches your people. If no path reaches, the update waits. FindTribe SOS alerts trusted people, not emergency responders.
